Who We Are

The SLF Method was created with the simple goal of educating & empowering women. We want all of our clients to ultimately feel knowledgeable and confident when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The SLF Method was established, and is owned and operated, by certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Jordyn Hnasko. Through her 9 years of experience, she found that too many clients were being told what to do by trainers, but weren't being taught.
As a team, SLF is dedicated to teaching you the "whys" behind exercise and nutrition habits. Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals and establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime. We want you to feel your absolute best by helping you conquer your short term goals, while also setting you up for lasting, long-term success.
